1. Agreement
By accessing or using GetPandit (“we”, “us”, “the platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of the service
GetPandit connects customers with independent pandits and service providers for religious and related ceremonies. We are a technology marketplace; individual pandits are independent providers, not employees of GetPandit.
3. Bookings & payments
Bookings, fees, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the rules shown at checkout and in your booking confirmation. Platform fees, if any, are disclosed before you confirm payment.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with other users, submit false information, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetPandit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services booked through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amounts you paid to GetPandit for the specific booking giving rise to the claim, where applicable.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the app, email, or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
